How to submit your application:

OUR MEMBERSHIP IS CURRENTLY FULL. SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION WILL PUT YOU ON OUR WAITING LIST.

You may scan and email your completed application to whr-g_s@hotmail.com. One of the club’s representatives will get back to you. 

Tips for scanning:

*If you are not sure how to scan your page, we can suggest that you download the CamScanner App (for Android) or the ScannerPro App (for Apple). Both are very valuable as a portable scanner and can be used over and over.

Directions to scan a doc:

  • Highlight/copy (or write down) whr-g_s@hotmail.com email address. 
  • Lay your page on a flat surface in good lighting.
  • While holding your camera centered directly above your paper, snap a clear photo of your membership application with your phone’s camera. If it’s blurry, start again.
  • Now drag the page edges around the paper and look for a button that allows you to proceed, such as “Ok”, or “Process”.
  • Once your page has been scanned, hit the “Email” icon. Your scan will attach itself to an email.
  • In the “Send” field, click Paste. Now fill out your message and click Send.
